Well I've been busy the last 2-3 weeks gathering up all the articles I've saved herre & there over the last 7-8 years!! I was rather busy gathering every thing I could find about these D** Disordersz ~ a bit like a full time job at times ~ It's been worth it though. Any pain is minimal, RLS is minor & fleeting, the headaches don't keep me awake or ruin my days , etc etc. & etc.
